Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a qualified Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for closing deals with new customers as well as developing long-term relationships. Energetic and self-motivated person, able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources.


  • Conducting research to identify potential prospects
  • Collaborating with lead generation team regarding marketing support
  • Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached
  • Managing customers’ expectations and coordinating communications between delivery and the customer to ensure all expectations are met


  • Hard-working and patient person
  • Strong communication, presentation, time management and planning skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Passionate about technology. Already knowing some but eager to know more.
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
  • Upper-intermediate English level or higher, German would be a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs
  • Experience with CRMs (e.g. Pipedrive, Salesforce, SugarCRM or similar) would be a plus
