Lead Generation

  • Organizing and managing the process of lead generation, qualification, and nurturing
  • Reaching potential customers, and respond to inbound inquiries, including phone calls, social media, emails, and online personal meetings
  • Aligning marketing campaigns with sales goals
  • Planning and implementing lead generation campaigns
  • Preparation of company’s marketing materials
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of leadgen and marketing activities
  • Managing personnel and developing Lead Generation Department


  • A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred (or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience)
  • Minimum 2+  years of related experience in IT sector (leadgen/marketing experience is required)
  • Proven ability to motivate and manage the Lead Generation Team
  • Hands-on experience in developing and implementing leadgen and marketing strategies
  • Good working knowledge of CRM is a plus and other digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (both writing/speaking), German would be a plus
